Since Mystic was the creator of this website,her timezone is different.Since she lives in Australia,her time zone is different than the ones in North America.So if it is daylight in North America,it's dark/getting dark at that location.Since the sun rotates at a certain time signaling that night time is coming/here.

The RP time is just the current time in the RP, and adding on to what Titanic said, it is set to Australian Eastern Standerd Time. (GST+10)
